Compared with the shirts I used to pick up at the department store, these fit me a good deal better in the shoulders and the cuffs stay crisp. I've been ordering from them for years and nothing much has changed in a good way. Delivery has always been prompt, usually within the week.

The shoulders are a little narrow on me, though I expect that's my fault for not checking the measurements properly.
