Ordered the e bike from the site on a Monday and it turned up Thursday, all set up and ready to ride with the battery charged. The checkout was simple and I got an order confirmation straight away. Very pleased for a first purchase like this.
Read moreI needed a bike with a proper hub gear for hills, having ridden e bikes for years. This one had a lighter motor than I'd hoped and the gearing wasn't what the listing suggested. I rang customer support and they were polite but it took a week to sort out the exchange. Not for an experienced rider like me.
Read moreI needed something light enough that I could lift it into the car myself without bothering my husband, as my back isn't what it was. Ordering through the site was straightforward and I had a helpful reply to my sizing question within the day. The bike has been a real pleasure on the towpath, and I've told my friend from the choir all about it.
Read moreCompared with waiting for a bike shop to get a model in stock, ordering from these guys was much quicker. Checkout took a couple of minutes and the bike turned up the following week. Happy with it so far, the ride is smooth.

Got the folding bike from the site as my first proper bike and I'm really happy with it. It folds down small enough for my flat and it rides smoothly on my commute. Ordering was quick and it came earlier than they said it would.
Bought the lights and a bell from the site along with the bike, and they fit straight on without any faff. The pack came with everything I needed and nothing was missing. Good value for basic accessories and I'd buy them again.
The bell and the little cup holder on the bars are my favourite bits, so cute. Got it through the app, which was dead easy. Tracking said it would be here Friday and it actually came Thursday, which was a nice surprise. The seat is a bit hard but I'll get used to it. Riding it to uni every day now and it's brilliant fun, honestly.
Needed something for the commute as the trains have been a nightmare lately. Got this as my first e bike and it has made getting to work so much easier. Ordering was quick and the bike arrived ready to ride.

Great value for what you get, the bike has a proper motor and decent brakes at this price. I checked three other brands first and this came out on top. Sizing was easy to pick and the frame feels solid.
What impressed me most was how carefully the bike was packed, with every part wrapped and the wheels protected. Nothing was scratched on arrival. It made the unboxing a genuine pleasure, and I'm grateful for the attention to detail.
I had been looking at a bike in town but this came out better value than what the shop was asking. Ordering was simple and the bike arrived with the gears set up well. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
