Ordered the e bike from the site on a Monday and it turned up Thursday, all set up and ready to ride with the battery charged. The checkout was simple and I got an order confirmation straight away. Very pleased for a first purchase like this.
Read moreI needed a bike with a proper hub gear for hills, having ridden e bikes for years. This one had a lighter motor than I'd hoped and the gearing wasn't what the listing suggested. I rang customer support and they were polite but it took a week to sort out the exchange. Not for an experienced rider like me.
Read moreI needed something light enough that I could lift it into the car myself without bothering my husband, as my back isn't what it was. Ordering through the site was straightforward and I had a helpful reply to my sizing question within the day. The bike has been a real pleasure on the towpath, and I've told my friend from the choir all about it.
Read moreI'd happily use this company again, they have been reliable for me. The bike I bought arrived on schedule and the service was courteous when I rang with a question. A small quibble that the saddle wasn't quite as pictured, but it was easily adjusted.
I needed something to get to work without the car, as parking near the office costs more than the fuel. Found this one after looking around for a while. The price is a bit higher than some rivals but the warranty made it worth it to me. Delivery was on time and the box was in good shape.
This is the one I kept after comparing a few brands for weeks. The battery range is what sold me and it has held up on my longer rides. Delivery was a touch slow but the bike was well protected in transit.
Compared with the big chain stores this was a bit cheaper and the bike was better specced for the money. Delivery was a day later than the date they gave, but they emailed me to say so. Only small niggle is the gears needed a quick tweak out of the box.
Got the basic model after looking at a couple of others first. It was a bit cheaper than the rest and it's perfectly fine for short trips. Ordering took a few minutes and nothing went wrong.
The gears skip a bit when I'm climbing, which is annoying on my route. Otherwise the order was quick and the delivery was fine, arrived Friday. Price is good for what you get.
