Needed the money for a van repair that couldn't wait, so I filled the whole application in on my phone while standing in the garage car park. Got a decision before I got home and the cash was in my account by the next morning. The repayments are set to come out on payday, so that's one less thing to remember. The only thing I'd change is it asked me the same question twice.

The application itself was straightforward enough, but the approval took longer than the website suggested and I had to telephone twice to chase it. Once the money arrived all was well, and I have been making the repayments without any bother since.
