I needed a sturdy step stool for the top shelves in the kitchen, as my knees don't like ladders any more. The one I picked is rated well for weight and the instructions were easy to follow. Took a few days to arrive which was a little slow but worth the wait.

Ordered a replacement part and it's taken a fair while to sort out. The first lot they sent was the wrong size so I had to get in touch, and it took a week before the right one turned up. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating.

Compared with the shop I usually use for mouldings, this was a bit cheaper but the finish on the edges is rougher than the pictures suggested. Fine for behind the cupboard, less so for anything on show. Delivery was on time.

The app was the thing I noticed, it's properly quick to use and I didn't get stuck anywhere. Signed up on the bus and was done before my stop. Only thing is I wish it saved my details for next time. Good enough though.

Good value for the money, and the price was the first thing I checked. Ordered a pack of birthday cards and a gift bag and the total came in well under what I'd paid elsewhere. Would use again.

Compared to the big chain I usually go to, this was about a third less for the same kettle and it arrived quicker too. The only thing I'd flag is the box was a bit battered when it came but the kettle itself was fine. Would still order from them again for the price.
