The app was the thing I noticed, it's properly quick to use and I didn't get stuck anywhere. Signed up on the bus and was done before my stop. Only thing is I wish it saved my details for next time. Good enough though.

I've been ordering the same bamboo bedding set from them for about six years now and it's the one thing I never think twice about. Last month I reordered when the old one started pilling and it arrived two days early, fully wrapped. The site remembers my sizes which saves me a lot of faffing about.

Honestly would order again, the checkout took about a minute on my phone and the arrival was quick. Got a little light for my kitchen and it came with everything, no faff. Good stuff.

I have bought the lawn seed from them every spring for a good while now. They never let me down on the quantity or the packing. Looks just like the last bag.

Our flat has a damp corner in the bedroom that the landlord keeps saying he'll sort, so I needed something to bring the humidity down. The compact unit I picked is rated for rooms this size and the product notes on running costs were actually useful. It's already drying out the wardrobes.

I've been buying the same water filter cartridges from them for years now, they turn up before I run out. I used to have to remember to reorder but the site now sends a reminder. Easy and no fuss at all.

The app is the thing I noticed most, I could track my order from the sofa and it actually updated when it said it would. Bought a little storage box for my room and it turned up earlier than the date they gave, which was nice. Didn't need to contact anyone so can't say how their support is, but the basics just work for me.

Still the first place I look when I need something for the house. I've been with them a long time and nothing much has changed, which suits me fine. Ordered my usual birthday present for my sister.

We moved the office into a converted loft and the old cable runs were nowhere near long enough for the new monitors. I needed something rated properly for in-wall use and the spec sheet here was clear about it. Took a few minutes to find the right one and it works.

I compared this against the garden centre down the road and it was noticeably cheaper for the same fence panels. I did wonder whether the delivery would be a problem but it came on the agreed day and the driver was very careful with them. I'm pleased I went with it.

Good value for the money, and the price was the first thing I checked. Ordered a pack of birthday cards and a gift bag and the total came in well under what I'd paid elsewhere. Would use again.
