I've been ordering the same bamboo bedding set from them for about six years now and it's the one thing I never think twice about. Last month I reordered when the old one started pilling and it arrived two days early, fully wrapped. The site remembers my sizes which saves me a lot of faffing about.
Read moreOrdered a replacement part and it's taken a fair while to sort out. The first lot they sent was the wrong size so I had to get in touch, and it took a week before the right one turned up. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating.
Read moreThe app is the thing I noticed most, I could track my order from the sofa and it actually updated when it said it would. Bought a little storage box for my room and it turned up earlier than the date they gave, which was nice. Didn't need to contact anyone so can't say how their support is, but the basics just work for me.
Read moreI needed a sturdy step stool for the top shelves in the kitchen, as my knees don't like ladders any more. The one I picked is rated well for weight and the instructions were easy to follow. Took a few days to arrive which was a little slow but worth the wait.
I needed a longer extension lead for the conservatory once the sofa had to move away from the wall, and the one I'd been using was getting warm. The one I chose has the right safety ratings listed and it came well packed. The only niggle was the cable is a bit stiffer than I expected, but it does the job.
I ordered the grey rug for my bedroom after looking at about four different sites. Mine is a bit more expensive than the one I first liked, but the quality felt better in person. It was a few days later than the estimate though, which was a bit annoying.
Cheaper than the other place I was looking at for the same drill bits, bit of a saving. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone, had to retype the postcode twice. Parts arrived fine.
Compared to the big chain I usually go to, this was about a third less for the same kettle and it arrived quicker too. The only thing I'd flag is the box was a bit battered when it came but the kettle itself was fine. Would still order from them again for the price.
