Honestly the price is what got me, the bulk wash works out cheaper than doing it myself once you count the electric. Pickup was the detail that stood out too, the driver came right on time. Stuff came back clean, nothing lost.

I've used a few laundry services over the years and compared with the firm I used before, this one feels slower to get going. Collection window was wider than I'd like and I had to wait most of the morning. The work itself was fine when it arrived.
