Honestly the price is what got me, the bulk wash works out cheaper than doing it myself once you count the electric. Pickup was the detail that stood out too, the driver came right on time. Stuff came back clean, nothing lost.
Read moreI've used a few laundry services over the years and compared with the firm I used before, this one feels slower to get going. Collection window was wider than I'd like and I had to wait most of the morning. The work itself was fine when it arrived.
Read moreI was rather pleased with the cleaning itself, the bulk wash came back very tidy and properly dried. The signing up did take me a little longer than I would have liked, as I had to fill in a few details twice. The collection was on the day I was told, which I was grateful for. A reasonable price for the amount, and I'd use them again.

Needed the lined curtains cleaned before we moved out and they were a relief to get done properly. Booking took a few minutes and the price was clear from the start. Curtains came back fresh and the right length.
The fact you can book a collection in about two minutes on your phone is what sold me. Driver came when the app said, bag came back clean and folded. Rate is fair for a bulk wash. Didn't have to speak to anyone which was perfect as I was on the bus.
Verdict is I'd keep using them. I've been a customer for years now and the service has stayed reliable, the same people turn up and the clothes come back as they should. Booking is still easy enough for someone who isn't great with phones.
Compared with the independent launderette on our road, booking through the site was far less faff, and I could see exactly when the van would be round. The cleaning itself was spot on, shirts came back pressed and folded. I've used them for the last six months now and see no reason to switch.
Needed my work suits done before a conference and the cleaners here know their stuff. Booking was simple enough and they took the trousers and jackets separately like I asked. Collected on the day I wanted, no fuss.
I wanted to have my wool cardigans and a silk blouse cleaned with care, and the service handled them properly. I booked through the site with little difficulty. The cardigans came back neatly folded in tissue, which I was grateful for.
Best value laundry service I've found in the area. Collection was on time, the bulk wash came back folded and smelling fresh, and the price was lower than the launderette near us. Would use again.
Needed to cut the cost of doing the family laundry, and the bulk wash and fold option did exactly that. Works out a fair bit under what I was paying at the launderette. Sheets and towels came back on the day, all in order.
Had a wool rug cleaned, which I wasn't sure they'd do properly. I'd compared three firms and this was the only one that gave a clear price before I booked. Rug came back soft and without that wet dog smell. Would happily use them again.
