Honestly the price is what got me, the bulk wash works out cheaper than doing it myself once you count the electric. Pickup was the detail that stood out too, the driver came right on time. Stuff came back clean, nothing lost.
Read moreI've used a few laundry services over the years and compared with the firm I used before, this one feels slower to get going. Collection window was wider than I'd like and I had to wait most of the morning. The work itself was fine when it arrived.
Read moreI was rather pleased with the cleaning itself, the bulk wash came back very tidy and properly dried. The signing up did take me a little longer than I would have liked, as I had to fill in a few details twice. The collection was on the day I was told, which I was grateful for. A reasonable price for the amount, and I'd use them again.
Read moreWent with them after comparing three services. The bulk wash was good value and the clothes came back well folded. Only niggle is it took them until the next morning to confirm my collection slot, which was a bit annoying when I had a bag ready to go. Otherwise no complaints and I'd probably use them again.
Needed it for uni because my halls laundry was always full on a Sunday so I just booked a collection through the site on my phone during a lecture. Turned up when they said and came back the next day, smelling fine. Only thing was the app kept logging me out, but it sorted itself out after a reinstall. Good enough for me.
Compared a few services before picking this one and the live tracking was the deciding factor. Driver was a bit early but it was fine. Clothes came back well pressed, though one shirt had a button slightly loose.
Booked a duvet cover clean as my first ever order and honestly was nervous about it. The booking took a couple of minutes and the driver messaged before arriving. Cover came back fresh but one corner had a tiny mark that hadn't come out, so they've been a bit slow to respond about it.
Compared with the firm we used before, this one takes longer to confirm a slot. Pickup window was a bit wide and it cost a half morning. Result was good though.
Went for a bulk wash and fold after comparing a few apps, the sign up was the easiest of the lot. It does cost more than the cheapest one I found, but the tracking and reminders are better. Got a missing sock returned in the next bag, which was nice of them.
