Compared with ordering direct from the big chain, this was a bit quicker to find what I wanted. First order though, so I was a bit nervous about whether it would turn up right. It did, though the delivery took a day longer than the tracking first said. Packaging was decent and the item matched the photos.

I've had the loose leaf breakfast tea from them every month for about six years now. Last order I noticed the packet looked the same as always, which I like. Delivery has been on time every single time, and the customer service person who sorted an old order for me was kind and quick.

The pan came pre seasoned which I liked, though the surface is a bit rougher than the Lodge I had before. I know cast iron well and I'd have liked a bit more detail on the page about the weight. It cooks evenly and the handle stays cool enough.
