I've had the loose leaf breakfast tea from them every month for about six years now. Last order I noticed the packet looked the same as always, which I like. Delivery has been on time every single time, and the customer service person who sorted an old order for me was kind and quick.

The lamp came in a box with no damage and the light is bright enough for late night uni work. The only thing I'd say is the cable is a bit short, but for the price I'm not bothered. Would sort it again.

Everything turned up in one go which saved me a second trip. Packaging was fine, a couple of tins had a dent but nothing that mattered.
