I was pleased to find the large print range, which I had struggled to get in shops nearby. The text on the spine is clear and the books arrived well wrapped and undamaged. I was glad of the reminder email before my usual delivery was due. A good service for those of us who prefer a tidy order.

Ordered a gaming chair and it came in one piece, which is more than I can say for the last one from elsewhere. Took the full week to arrive though. Price was decent. Assembly was a bit of a pain but the instructions had pictures.

Honestly the delivery slot picker is the best bit. You can pick a two hour window and it actually sticks to it, which never happens with the others. Got my order in the evening and it was there bang on time. Would order again lol

Good, reliable place for the bits I order regularly. Pricing is competitive for trade quantities and the pallet delivery came on the day with the tail lift. The one small irritation is that the stock levels on the site don't always match what's in the warehouse, so one line was cancelled. Otherwise solid.

Ordered the hand blender on Tuesday and it came Friday, which is fine. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the blender itself was fine. The description made it sound a bit bigger than it is, but it does the job. Checkout took ages because the address didn't autofill.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday that had to arrive by Saturday. Ordered on Thursday night and it did get there on time, but the tracking stayed stuck on dispatched for a day and a half. Got a reply to my query about it after two days which was a bit slow.
