I was pleased to find the large print range, which I had struggled to get in shops nearby. The text on the spine is clear and the books arrived well wrapped and undamaged. I was glad of the reminder email before my usual delivery was due. A good service for those of us who prefer a tidy order.

Good, reliable place for the bits I order regularly. Pricing is competitive for trade quantities and the pallet delivery came on the day with the tail lift. The one small irritation is that the stock levels on the site don't always match what's in the warehouse, so one line was cancelled. Otherwise solid.
Needed a replacement part for the dishwasher after the old one gave up. Compared a couple of sites and this one had it cheaper than the manufacturer. The order went through fine but the part took five days to come, which was longer than the page said. Works now.
