I was pleased to find the large print range, which I had struggled to get in shops nearby. The text on the spine is clear and the books arrived well wrapped and undamaged. I was glad of the reminder email before my usual delivery was due. A good service for those of us who prefer a tidy order.

Honestly the delivery slot picker is the best bit. You can pick a two hour window and it actually sticks to it, which never happens with the others. Got my order in the evening and it was there bang on time. Would order again lol

Needed new trainers for uni because mine were falling apart and I'd got a loan from my nan to buy some. Found a pair here that were way cheaper than the usual shops and they came in two days. Fit well, look sick, the colour is exactly like the pics.

The subscription box is the bit I love most, every month there's a new mix and you can skip a month if you're skint. Last one had a candle and a tote bag which was a surprise and I've already used the tote for the gym. Delivery is always on the Tuesday and it's been fine every time so far, got my first one on the day I signed up which was lush.

Honestly the gift card thing is the best bit. I got one for my mate's birthday and he could pick what he wanted straight away from the app. Sent it by email at like 11pm and he had it by morning, so it works. Good job.
