We had a pile of client files building up and needed something that would cope with a daily load without overheating. I looked at a few options elsewhere first and kept coming back to this one. The spec matched what we needed and the customer service rep answered my questions about the warranty within the hour. Machine has been running every day for a month without any trouble.

Used to have a cheap shredder that sounded like a lawnmower, so this one is a big step up in comparison. It runs much quieter and the shred size is tidy. Took two minutes to set up and it came well packed. Honestly no complaints so far.

Bought a small shredder for home, bank stuff and old post mostly. Order went through fine but the delivery window was bigger than I'd like and it turned up a day later than the first date they gave. Machine works well though, quiet enough and it doesn't jam on credit cards. Price was good for what you get.
