The difference is that the machine takes a bit longer to warm up before you can use it. Otherwise it does what I need for the house. Delivery was slow though, nearly a week, and I had to chase the order by email to find out where it was. Not dreadful but not great either.

The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the machine itself was fine. Only niggle is the bin is smaller than I'd like so I'm emptying it more often than I thought I would. Would still order again though, does the job well.

Used to have a cheap shredder that sounded like a lawnmower, so this one is a big step up in comparison. It runs much quieter and the shred size is tidy. Took two minutes to set up and it came well packed. Honestly no complaints so far.
Would have stuck with the first one I found but I looked at three or four before picking this. Went with a cross cut machine in the end because the bank letters were the main thing. Ordered Monday, it was on my doorstep Wednesday, and the price was lower than the other sites I checked. Does exactly what I wanted so far.
