I compared three other shops before buying and this one came out cheapest once postage was added. Ordered a pair of bedside lamps and they came well wrapped with no damage. Nice to have something that wasn't a faff to order.

Ordered from them again last week and the delivery was quicker than I expected, which is always nice. I've been a customer for about eight years now, mostly for birthday presents and bits for the house, and they've never let me down. The only small thing is the checkout asks for the same details twice, but it's not a big deal and I'd still order again.

Compared a few places for a set of picture frames and this one had the best prices by quite a margin. The frames were fine, though one corner was a touch loose. Sent it back and the process took a bit of back and forth with the returns form. Would still order here for the price.

We needed a proper reclining chair for my wife after her hip operation and wanted something sturdy but not too pricey. Ordering was easy and the delivery team rang ahead, which I appreciated greatly. The chair is comfortable and well built, and the price was fair compared with the showrooms we visited first.

Compared with the usual supplier I normally use, this was a good few pounds cheaper for the same bit of hardware. Delivery was on the slow side and took about four days, but that was the only downside. Checkout was simple enough and I'd order again.

Bought a set of fabric storage boxes for the spare room and they cost less than half what the big chains wanted. Delivery was free over a certain amount and they came flat-packed and easy to store. The stitching is decent for the money. Happy with them.

We needed a replacement lead for an old appliance and the local shops had nothing that fitted. Found it here, ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Was exactly the one listed and it works perfectly. Had a question about compatibility and got a reply the same day which I was grateful for.

Really good value for money, which is why I keep coming back. Prices are lower than the big names for the same sort of thing and the checkout is quick. Had a couple of items in a basket over a weekend and the total stayed the same when I came back to it. Nothing flashy, just sensible prices and no nonsense getting it sorted.

The first thing I noticed was how many filter options there were on the category pages. Ordered a bag and it arrived on time, but the zip was stiff and the lining looked a bit thin. Not terrible for the price though, just not what I hoped.

Been using the site for birthday presents and household bits for about six years now. The descriptions are usually accurate and the order history makes repeat buys quick. Last month a pack of kitchen towels arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise. Keep it up.

Ordered a set of garden planters that looked much bigger in the pictures than they turned out. They were fine for the money but the colour was a bit duller than the screen showed. Delivery took five days which was fine. Cheap enough that I'm not going to make a fuss, but I'd check the dimensions before buying.

Compared with the hardware shop in town, this worked out much cheaper for a box of screws and some brackets. The pages are easy to follow and I got a delivery estimate on the basket before paying. Everything arrived in one parcel and nothing was missing.

Compared it to a couple of other sites I'd looked at and this one was clearer about what I was actually paying, with delivery shown before I got to the final page. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it turned up the following Thursday. The whole thing felt straightforward and I didn't have to hunt for anything.

Would happily recommend this for anyone who wants a decent gift without paying the high street mark-up. I looked at a couple of other places first and this one had the better range and the cheaper postage. The vase I ordered for my sister arrived packed carefully with no chips and the card was included. Sorted in a few clicks.

Looked at a few lamps across different shops and this one was the cheapest with a decent bulb included. Arrived in a box that was a bit battered but the lamp itself was fine. Took a bit of work to figure out the returns page but the price made it worth it.

Needed a present for my dad's 70th and was running out of time. Found a decent cordless drill set on the site, ordered on the Tuesday, and it turned up Thursday. Been a regular customer for a while so I know what to expect. The only thing that annoyed me was the delivery window, which wasn't clear.

We needed a set of outdoor storage boxes that wouldn't warp in the damp, and after looking at a few options this was the best value by some distance. Ordered on a Friday and the boxes arrived the following week with a tidy delivery slot. They're solid, good-sized and everything fitted together without trouble.

Ordered a phone stand for my desk and it arrived in two days. It was cheap and does the job. Checkout was quick and the app remembered my address. Pretty happy with it.
