I compared three other shops before buying and this one came out cheapest once postage was added. Ordered a pair of bedside lamps and they came well wrapped with no damage. Nice to have something that wasn't a faff to order.
Read moreOrdered a set of garden planters that looked much bigger in the pictures than they turned out. They were fine for the money but the colour was a bit duller than the screen showed. Delivery took five days which was fine. Cheap enough that I'm not going to make a fuss, but I'd check the dimensions before buying.
Read moreOrdered from them again last week and the delivery was quicker than I expected, which is always nice. I've been a customer for about eight years now, mostly for birthday presents and bits for the house, and they've never let me down. The only small thing is the checkout asks for the same details twice, but it's not a big deal and I'd still order again.

Compared a few places for a set of picture frames and this one had the best prices by quite a margin. The frames were fine, though one corner was a touch loose. Sent it back and the process took a bit of back and forth with the returns form. Would still order here for the price.
Compared with the usual supplier I normally use, this was a good few pounds cheaper for the same bit of hardware. Delivery was on the slow side and took about four days, but that was the only downside. Checkout was simple enough and I'd order again.
Looked at a few lamps across different shops and this one was the cheapest with a decent bulb included. Arrived in a box that was a bit battered but the lamp itself was fine. Took a bit of work to figure out the returns page but the price made it worth it.
