I compared three other shops before buying and this one came out cheapest once postage was added. Ordered a pair of bedside lamps and they came well wrapped with no damage. Nice to have something that wasn't a faff to order.

Delivery took five days which was fine. Cheap enough that I'm not going to make a fuss, but I'd check the dimensions before buying.

I've been a customer for about eight years now, mostly for birthday presents and bits for the house, and they've never let me down. Needed a present for my dad's 70th and was running out of time. Found a decent cordless drill set on the site, ordered on the Tuesday, and it turned up Thursday. Been a regular customer for a while so I know what to expect. The only thing that annoyed me was the delivery window, which wasn't clear.
