Way cheaper than the usual place
Used to get these from the big chain but this is way cheaper for the same bulbs, so I switched. Stock was there when I wanted it and it came quicker than I expected.

not what I was promised
Not what I was expected. The order was for a cordless vacuum and the site listing said it came with two batteries but only one turned up. Customer service took three days to reply and then sorted a replacement battery, though I had to chase it. First time ordering so I'm wary of trying again.

Tools arrived fine but the packing was a bit thin
The pack came with the thinnest cardboard sleeve round the bit set, which I thought was asking for trouble, but nothing was damaged when it arrived. I'd bought the same range of masonry bits before from a builders merchant so I knew what to expect on size and finish, and these match. Price was a few quid more than the merchant's online arm though, and the delivery email took a day to show up…

Way cheaper than the usual place

Needed a cheap spare
We needed a spare set of kitchen scales for the holiday let because the old pair broke. Didn't want to spend much so the low price was the main draw. They work well, the display is clear and it all came in a sensible box.
needed a proper sewing machine
My old machine had seen better days so I needed something sturdier for the hems and curtains. The machine has been very steady and the stitches are neat, which is what I wanted. The site made the order simple and delivery arrived when they said it would.
Easy first order and it arrived quick
Really easy first order, the checkout didn't ask for loads of stuff and I was done in a few minutes. Parcel turned up the next working day with everything I'd picked. Would happily order again.
Better than the one from the shop
Swapped the cheap phone charger I got from a petrol station for one from here and the difference is night and day. It charges quicker and the cable feels much tougher. Ordered on a Monday, came Wednesday. Happy with it.
the filters fit first time
Honestly the bit that got me was the fit guide on the product page, the filter I needed was on there with a photo and I just matched it to my fridge. Came in two days and fits perfectly, no faff at all.
cheaper than the big chains
Compared a few places for a replacement cordless drill battery and this came out cheaper than the big chain by a fair bit. Ordered on a weekday, it arrived in two days and the battery charged fine first go. Nothing to complain about, would order again.
better than the last place I used
Used to buy these filters from another site but this one is a bit cheaper and the stock is always there. Been ordering for years and it's never let me down. Delivery is quick and the packaging is decent.
The replacement filter arrived
The replacement filter for the dehumidifier arrived right on time, which I was glad of. I've been ordering from here for years and the fit has always been right. Price is steady and they're easy to deal with.
Good value for what you get
Honestly this is good value for what you get. Bought a pack of replacement blades for the lawnmower and they fit first time. Price was lower than the garden centre and the order was dispatched the same day.
