What stands out most is that they have never once let me down in the years I have been ordering from them, and the returns are always painless. I have bought everything from slippers to a warm throw and the sizing is consistent every time. The customer service people have been patient on the phone when I needed help with an order.
Read moreBought a power bank here and it held a charge for about a month before it stopped taking power at all. I emailed them and the reply took four days, then they sent a return label. The return process was fiddly because I had to print it myself. The price was reasonable but I expected better than this.
Read moreCompared with the department store in town, I found the choice here far more sensible for a woman of my years, and the sizing chart was clear enough that I did not have to send anything back. I ordered two cardigans and a pair of slacks, all arrived well wrapped and within the week. The customer team answered my email the same afternoon, which I did appreciate. I shall be shopping here again.
Read moreHonestly the bag is decent enough for the price, but it is not quite as pictured. The lining is a lighter grey than in the photos and the stitching on one handle is looser than I'd like. I've been into camera gear for years so I notice these things. Ordering was simple and delivery was next day, so no complaints there.
My water filter jug packed in and I needed a replacement cartridge for the old model quickly. Found one here, which saved me from a hunt round the shops. The order was in the post the next day and it fitted straight away. The price is a bit higher than I'd like but I'd rather pay that than wait.
I checked a couple of other sites first and this one was a bit dearer for the same garden hose. The hose itself is fine, but the connector cracked after a few weeks which was disappointing. Delivery was fine and the replacement was sorted after a couple of emails, though it took about a week.
