Honestly this is the best value I have found for a decent hard shell suitcase. Compared with the big high street shops it's a fair bit cheaper for the same spec, and the site is easy to filter by size and weight. Ordered on a Monday, it arrived Wednesday with tracking that actually updated. Zips and wheels feel solid for the money. Would buy from them again without thinking twice.

It took over a week to arrive, which was annoying for a trip. Returning it turned out fiddly with a long form to fill in.

This is a good case for the money and it's held up well on two trips to Scotland. My only gripe is that when I emailed about a zip problem it took about four days to get a reply. The case itself is fine.

I did look at a cheap bag from the supermarket first, but this one has a far more sturdy frame and the zips feel much better quality. It was a little more expensive than the supermarket option, though not by much. The site was clear about the dimensions which helped a lot. I would say it's worth the difference for a bag you'll use regularly.
