Honestly this is the best value I have found for a decent hard shell suitcase. Compared with the big high street shops it's a fair bit cheaper for the same spec, and the site is easy to filter by size and weight. Ordered on a Monday, it arrived Wednesday with tracking that actually updated. Zips and wheels feel solid for the money. Would buy from them again without thinking twice.

The wheels have held up better than I expected and the zip still runs smooth. Delivery was next day the one time I needed it quickly, and the box came with plenty of padding. Only thing I'd change is the handle, it's a bit wobbly now.
