Honestly this is the best value I have found for a decent hard shell suitcase. Compared with the big high street shops it's a fair bit cheaper for the same spec, and the site is easy to filter by size and weight. Ordered on a Monday, it arrived Wednesday with tracking that actually updated. Zips and wheels feel solid for the money. Would buy from them again without thinking twice.
Read moreI compared three or so options before ordering and this seemed the best deal on paper. Sadly the colour looked a bit duller than the pictures and the material feels thinner than I hoped. It took over a week to arrive, which was annoying for a trip. Returning it turned out fiddly with a long form to fill in.
Read moreI bought the four wheel cabin case from them about six years ago and it has been to Spain, Italy and back on the train more times than I can count. The wheels have held up better than I expected and the zip still runs smooth. Delivery was next day the one time I needed it quickly, and the box came with plenty of padding. Only thing I'd change is the handle, it's a bit wobbly now.
Read moreCompared with the brand I used to buy, this one is a bit flimsier on the frame and the handle feels less secure. It was cheaper and that counts for something. Replacing it turned out to be a long process, the form was fiddly and it took a while for the refund to appear. Not terrible but I'd think twice next time.
