My old one had finally given up after years of use, so I needed something that would hold up and do the job properly. I know this area well and I was fussy about the details. What I got was exactly right for what I asked for, the booking process was clear and the staff explained everything without making me feel silly for asking. Would happily use them again for the next round.
Read moreSigning up was a nightmare, the form kept timing out and I had to start again twice. Once I was in it was fine but the first impression was rough. They also took ages to reply when I messaged about it, nearly three days.
Read moreI ordered a replacement cover for my armchair from them last month, which was the item I had been struggling to find elsewhere. The measurements in the guide were clear and the cover arrived well packed and fitted the chair exactly as described. I was very pleased and I have already mentioned them to my neighbour, who is looking for something similar.

I bought the standard package after looking at three other places. It did what it needed to, though the booking page asked for far too many details before I could see the price. The appointment itself was fine but it ran about twenty minutes late, which was annoying when I had somewhere to be.
Compared to the big chain down the road this was a bit cheaper, which is why I tried it. The booking took a while longer than I'd like and I had to ring to confirm a detail. Still fine once it was sorted.
