The only niggle is that the checkout asked me to create an account and I'd have preferred to just pay as a guest. Otherwise it arrived in good order.
The first thing I noticed when it arrived was how heavy the wok is, much more than the cheap ones I've had. It holds heat brilliantly once it's up to temperature. The price is a bit higher than some alternatives I looked at, but for what you get it's fair. Delivery was on time and the packaging was decent.
The lid measurement on the steamer basket was the thing that made me pick this one over the other two I'd looked at. Had a dinner party coming up and needed it to sit over my pan properly. It did, and the bamboo felt nice. Took a day longer to arrive than they said, but I'd still go with them again.
Needed a steamer for a dinner party and the shops near me had sold out. Ordered on the Friday and it came Monday, which was fine. Steamer is decent, not amazing, but it does the job and the price was reasonable.
Compared to the cheaper stainless set from the supermarket this is a step up in weight and finish. The wok is solid and the handles don't get hot as quickly. It costs a few quid more than the supermarket version though, which I did notice. Delivery was fine and the box was sturdy.

The only small gripe is that the delivery took four days when the site said two. Otherwise no complaints and it's already getting plenty of use.
