Compared to the bigger sites I usually use, this one is more straightforward and less cluttered. Didn't have to dig through pages of options to find what I wanted. The process was quick and the details I needed were all in one place. Happy with it.

Compared to the other site I looked at first, this felt a bit clunky. The checkout kept asking me to log in again and I had to restart twice. Once it went through it was fine, though the confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I was checking my inbox for ages.

I looked at three or four other sites before settling on them, mainly because the price was lower. Signing up took a few minutes and the confirmation came through straight away. The only niggle was that the cancellation option is tucked away in the account settings, so it took me a bit of hunting to find it.
