Compared to the bigger sites I usually use, this one is more straightforward and less cluttered. Didn't have to dig through pages of options to find what I wanted. The process was quick and the details I needed were all in one place. Happy with it.
Read moreThe first thing I did was try to sign up, and the online form kept rejecting my details until I phoned them. Once I got through the process was fine and the team on the phone were polite. However the whole thing took a good week longer than they said it would and I had to chase them twice. I'm not sure I'd rush to use them again.
Read moreI needed this sorted quickly because my old arrangement fell through with less than a week to go and I was starting to panic a bit. Signed up on the app late in the evening, filled in what they asked for and got a response the next morning. Everything went through smoothly after that, the person I spoke to on chat was helpful and didn't make me repeat myself. Good result for me.

Been using them for years now and they've never let me down. The account still remembers my details so repeat orders take seconds. Had one minor query last year and it was sorted in a day, which is what I expect from them.
I was after something simple that didn't need me to phone anyone, as I find phone queues very tiresome. Their online set up suited me and I've used them ever since. Over the years they've been consistent and when I did need to speak to someone, they were patient and clear. I've recommended them to my sister and she's pleased too.
Ordered the phone case on Tuesday and it turned up Thursday. Tracking on the app was spot on, got a text when it left the depot. Nothing damaged, fit my phone perfectly. Quick checkout too, didn't have to make an account. Will order again.
Really happy with this one, would use them again. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in a couple of minutes, no faff at all. Nothing else to add, it just worked.
The live tracking updates were the best bit, you can see exactly where things are without messaging anyone. Booked it on the train and it all just happened in the background. Nice one.
Went with them over the big name I normally use because they were cheaper for what I needed. Fees were lower and there was nothing hidden at the end. Would sort the same way again.

The renewal reminder arrived well ahead of time, which I appreciated, and the online form was clear enough that I didn't need to ring anyone. I did find the payment page a little slow to load, but everything went through without any bother in the end, and I'd be happy to use them again.
This was my first time using them and I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly the whole thing was really easy from start to finish. The instructions were clear and I got a helpful reply within the hour when I had a question. I'll be back for sure.
