Itch Petcare

I have ordered from them several times now for my elderly collie's supplements and everything has been dealt with courteously. The order confirmation is clear and the parcel arrived on the day it was due. I have no complaints and would happily continue to use them.

Ordered a harness for my dog and it was the wrong size so I needed to send it back, which was a faff. The returns page makes you print a label and I had to chase them about the refund for over a week. Harness itself is fine when it fits.

Bought the puppy starter kit with the bowl, toy and training treats for our new pup. Everything was there and nothing was broken, though the bowl was a bit smaller than the photo made it look. Still a decent deal for first time owners.

I first started ordering the cat food when my husband was poorly and I couldn't get out, and I've stuck with it ever since. The reorder option means I don't have to remember anything. Deliveries have always come when promised and nobody has ever been difficult about a sack that was a day late.

Quicker and cheaper than buying worming tablets from the vets, which is a relief when you've got two dogs. Checkout took about two minutes and the tablets came the next working day. Nothing else to add really, it does the job.

I'd been buying from the local pet shop for years but their prices kept creeping up, so I gave this place a go for my budgie's seed mix. Ordering was straightforward and the seed arrived in good condition with a sell by date that gave plenty of time. Fairly priced for what you get.

Best place I've found for cat litter, the dust-free one stops my flat smelling like a stable. Ordered it, got the next day, price is good for a big bag. Nothing else to say.

Brilliant, ordered the puppy starter kit on my phone last week and it came the next day. The bowl and toy were what I wanted and the treats are already being used. Quick, easy, would do it again.

We needed a hypoallergenic food after our cat started scratching herself raw and the vet suggested a limited ingredient diet. Found the right one here, with the ingredient list clearly laid out on the page, which saved me a lot of squinting at the packet. Ordered on a Monday, it arrived on Wednesday and the cat has calmed right down.

Got a cat tree because my two cats keep scratching the sofa and I needed something big enough for both of them. Ordering was dead easy but it took about a week longer to arrive than the site said it would, and I had to ask them where it was. Once it came it's solid and both cats love it, a bit pricey mind but worth it.

Really good for reptile supplies, the UVB bulb I needed was in stock and the heat mat arrived in a sensible size. Prices are fair for the specialist stuff. Would order again.

Picked up a slicker brush for our long coated collie because the cheap one we had was tearing out more hair than it got. This one glides through the coat without pulling and the handle feels solid. Delivery was fine, arrived in a padded envelope with no damage. It's a bit pricier than the supermarket version but it's already lasted longer.

Next day delivery on the cat litter and a set of replacement feeding bowls for the kittens. Checkout was quick, I used my phone and saved my card, took about two minutes. The bowls are the stainless ones and they came in a sturdy box with no dents. Driver left it safe in the porch like I asked. Will order again.

Checked three other sites before I picked this one for my rabbit's hay and pellets. The price per kilo was the lowest I found, and the bulk option saved me a fair bit each month. The order came in two days and nothing was squashed. Easy site to use.

I purchased a pet bed for my cat, which she has taken to fairly well. It did take longer to arrive than I had been led to expect, and I did have to telephone to ask after it. The product itself is sturdy enough and the price was fair.

Our old spaniel has started struggling with his joints so we needed a proper orthopaedic bed that was not too deep to climb in and out of. Found a memory foam one here that suits him well. Ordering was easy and it arrived well packed with no creases in the cover. He sleeps in it every night now.

Bought the large bag of dog food, and at this size it works out cheaper per kilo than anywhere I've looked locally. Took two minutes to order and it came without any fuss. Worth it.

Ordered the hamster bedding and a bag of pellets on my phone during my lunch break. The site loaded fast and I could see the stock levels clearly. It arrived the next afternoon, a bit earlier than they said. Everything was in good order and the bedding smelled fresh.
