I have ordered from them several times now for my elderly collie's supplements and everything has been dealt with courteously. The order confirmation is clear and the parcel arrived on the day it was due. I have no complaints and would happily continue to use them.

This one glides through the coat without pulling and the handle feels solid. Delivery was fine, arrived in a padded envelope with no damage. It's a bit pricier than the supermarket version but it's already lasted longer.

Itch Petcare is an online retailer of pet care products, selling items for dogs and other companion animals. The range covers grooming, skin and coat care, and everyday supplies aimed at pets with sensitivities or itchy skin. Customers shop through the company's website, where products are presented with information on their intended use.
The brand is aimed at pet owners who want targeted care products for their animals rather than general pet supplies. Orders are placed and fulfilled online, and the company's focus remains on a focused selection rather than a broad catalogue.
