I have ordered from them several times now for my elderly collie's supplements and everything has been dealt with courteously. The order confirmation is clear and the parcel arrived on the day it was due. I have no complaints and would happily continue to use them.

Read morePicked up a slicker brush for our long coated collie because the cheap one we had was tearing out more hair than it got. This one glides through the coat without pulling and the handle feels solid. Delivery was fine, arrived in a padded envelope with no damage. It's a bit pricier than the supermarket version but it's already lasted longer.

Got a cat tree because my two cats keep scratching the sofa and I needed something big enough for both of them. Ordering was dead easy but it took about a week longer to arrive than the site said it would, and I had to ask them where it was. Once it came it's solid and both cats love it, a bit pricey mind but worth it.
