I compared it against the department store version before ordering, and this one was considerably less expensive for what I needed. The tea set is very pleasing to look at and the china is light. I was surprised how carefully it had been packed, and it arrived without a single chip. I do appreciate a company that takes such care with its goods.
Read moreThe kettle came in a box that was already squashed and the lid was loose. Had to message them and it took three days to get a reply. Kettle works fine now but the whole thing was a pain.
Read moreI needed a replacement bowl for my stand mixer after the old one cracked, and finding the right one online was a faff. This was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit unsure. The bowl fits my machine properly and the price was lower than the manufacturer's site. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but the tracking updates were clear. Would be happy to order from them again.

A good set of pans at a fair price, that's the verdict from me. I'd been putting off replacing mine for ages and these are heavier than I expected in a good way. The site listed everything clearly and the box arrived in good condition. Cooks evenly and cleans easily, which is all I ask of a pan at my age.
We needed a decent wok because the old non-stick one had given up and the stir fries were sticking. I know my way around a kitchen so I was picky about the carbon steel weight and this one is spot on. The handle stays cool enough and the seasoning came up well after a couple of uses. Happy with it.
Way better than the one I got from the big chain last year which fell apart in a month. This one feels solid in the hand and the bamboo lid fits snug. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes and it turned up quicker than I expected. Would get again.
I ordered the glass teapot as a birthday present for my sister, who is very particular about her tea. The ordering process was straightforward and the parcel was well packed, which I appreciated. My sister has been using it every morning and has already asked where I found it. I shall certainly be back.
Good value, as always. I've been a customer for a long time and the serving platter I bought this time is excellent. Ordering was easy and the parcel came when they said it would. I've recommended them to my neighbour already.
The colour is so nice, it's a proper teal and looks great on the worktop. Got the mixing bowls off the site and they're lightweight but feel fine for baking. Arrived quick, like two days, and the box was in one piece. Would order again x
The glass measuring jug I bought from them about six years ago is still going strong, and it's the one I reach for every day. Ordering has always been simple, I've used the site for years now and never had a problem with a parcel. I got the new casserole lid this time and it fitted the old pot perfectly. Happy customer, same as always.
Bought the cast iron casserole dish after looking at a few others on different sites, and this one was the best price for what it was. Arrived in a sturdy box with no dents and the enamel is spotless. Used it for a Sunday roast already and it held the heat beautifully.
Ordered a replacement cable at about 9pm on my phone and it turned up the next morning before I'd even left for work, which I did not expect at all. Packed well too, no faff with the box. The only thing is the tracking page said delivered a bit early and I had to wait for them to confirm it. Would order again, quick and easy from start to finish.
