I compared it against the department store version before ordering, and this one was considerably less expensive for what I needed. The tea set is very pleasing to look at and the china is light. I was surprised how carefully it had been packed, and it arrived without a single chip. I do appreciate a company that takes such care with its goods.
Read moreThe kettle came in a box that was already squashed and the lid was loose. Had to message them and it took three days to get a reply. Kettle works fine now but the whole thing was a pain.
Read moreI needed a replacement bowl for my stand mixer after the old one cracked, and finding the right one online was a faff. This was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit unsure. The bowl fits my machine properly and the price was lower than the manufacturer's site. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but the tracking updates were clear. Would be happy to order from them again.
Read moreI compared this set with another one I'd seen on a different site and this one came in a fair bit cheaper. The cups are fine but the saucers are a little thinner than I expected. Delivery was on time and nothing was broken. It's perfectly serviceable but I'd want to check the sizes first next time.
The mixing bowl set looked exactly like the photos on the listing, which is what I bought it for. Getting a return sorted was the annoying bit though, they wanted a printed label and I don't have a printer so I had to pop to the post office and pay for it myself. Ordering and delivery were fine, the bowls came without any chips. Wouldn't rush back for another set.
