Guatego

I bought a long winter coat from here at the start of the season and I've worn it nearly every day since. The lining is thick, the buttons are solid and it's kept me warm through some proper wet weather. Ordering was simple and it arrived in good shape. I've been a customer a long time and this is one of their better buys.

Took a look at a few lenders before picking Guatego for a small loan to cover a new boiler, and the application was the quickest of the lot. The form took about ten minutes on my phone and I had a decision the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day and I've been paying it back by direct debit with no fuss at all. Nothing to complain about, they did what they said they would.

Ordered trainers on Sunday night and they were at my door Tuesday. Didn't expect that from a site I'd never used before. The tracking updates actually matched what happened too, which is rare.

I've bought the same wool cardigan from here for years now. This latest one is exactly like the last, same weight and same colour. Delivery is always reliable and it came in good time for the cold snap. Very pleased.

Compared to the other mid range brands I've had, the stitching on these bags is noticeably tighter. I know bags pretty well from years of buying them, so I could tell straight away. The handle is sturdy and the lining feels proper. Delivery was quick and the price was reasonable for what you get.

My sister's birthday was on the Saturday and I'd forgotten all about it until the Wednesday. Found a candle set and a card on here, paid, and it turned up Friday morning with a note inside from them. Saved me from a panic at the petrol station. Everything went smoothly and I'll use them again for sure.

Honestly the best of the lot we looked at for buying the new bedside tables. We compared about four sites before settling on this one and it was the only one where the delivery dates were clear from the start, and the checkout didn't keep logging me out halfway through like the others did. The tables arrived in good nick and the price was fair compared with the rest. Would happily order from them again.

Way better than the big high street site I usually use. Their returns were free and I didn't have to chase anyone for a refund. The jeans fit how they should and the checkout was quicker too. Doing most of my shopping here now.

Bought a set of kitchen knives and a chopping board, and honestly you won't find better value for the money. Compared with the usual places it was a fair bit cheaper for the same brands. Arrived in a decent box with no dents. Good stuff all round.

I needed a gift for my sister's sixtieth and wanted something she'd actually use, so I chose a good quality tea service. The set is delicate but well made, and it was packed with real care. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery arrived on the day it was promised. My sister was delighted with it, which is the best outcome.

Compared with my bank, applying through them was far simpler, and I didn't have to go into a branch at all. The form took me about twenty minutes and I got a decision the same day. The money arrived when they said it would, so I've no complaints.
