Took a look at a few lenders before picking Guatego for a small loan to cover a new boiler, and the application was the quickest of the lot. The form took about ten minutes on my phone and I had a decision the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day and I've been paying it back by direct debit with no fuss at all. Nothing to complain about, they did what they said they…
Read morePaid more than I'd expect for a pair of plain cotton sheets, and they feel thin after one wash. Looked fine on the site but they're not as pictured. Returns look fiddly too, so I'm not sure I'll bother.

We compared about four sites before settling on this one and it was the only one where the delivery dates were clear from the start, and the checkout didn't keep logging me out halfway through like the others did. The tables arrived in good nick and the price was fair compared with the rest. Would happily order from them…
Read moreOur shower was dribbling and I needed a replacement fast before the weekend. Picked one from here after looking at a few places, but the price was higher than the cheapest option I found. The item was fine and it fitted without much fuss. The delivery took longer than the estimate, which was annoying when we'd planned to fit it on Saturday. It's working now.
Ordered a grey zip hoodie on my phone during a lunch break. It came quick enough but it's a fair bit smaller than the size chart suggested, so I'll be sending it back. Fine otherwise, the site was easy to use.
The app itself looked good and it was easy to find a time slot for the gym session I wanted. Getting the booking confirmed was a faff though, it kept saying pending for about two days before it finally went through. Once it did, the session was fine and the staff were nice. Just a bit slow to sort out.
