Took a look at a few lenders before picking Guatego for a small loan to cover a new boiler, and the application was the quickest of the lot. The form took about ten minutes on my phone and I had a decision the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day and I've been paying it back by direct debit with no fuss at all. Nothing to complain about, they did what they said they…
Read morePaid more than I'd expect for a pair of plain cotton sheets, and they feel thin after one wash. Looked fine on the site but they're not as pictured. Returns look fiddly too, so I'm not sure I'll bother.

We compared about four sites before settling on this one and it was the only one where the delivery dates were clear from the start, and the checkout didn't keep logging me out halfway through like the others did. The tables arrived in good nick and the price was fair compared with the rest. Would happily order from them…
Read moreBought a pair of white sneakers and they turned up a day before the date they gave me. Easy to order on my phone too. Only niggle is the box was a bit squashed at one corner, though the shoes were fine.
Ordered a pair of work boots and they are sound. Delivery came in a day later than they said but I wasn't in a rush. The sizing is spot on and they're comfortable out of the box.
Compared to the other place I used for printer cartridges, this one is far more reliable with its delivery. I've ordered from them several times over the last few years and they've never let me down. The price is a bit above the cheapest I found but the ordering process is quick and clear. Good, dependable service.
My old kettle packed up so I needed a replacement quickly. Ordered one from here and it arrived in two days, which was good. The only thing is the price was a little more than I'd have paid elsewhere, but I stuck with them because I've always had a good experience. It works well and looks nice on the worktop.
