Compared to ordering from the big chains, this is far less faff. I've been buying from them for about six years now and the parcels have always turned up when they said they would, even over Christmas. The site is easy to navigate and I like that I can track everything without ringing anyone. Customer emails are polite and to the point. I'll keep using them for the foreseeable.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for my kitchen gadget and found it on their site. I did ring them about it first, which was a bit of a wait, but I wanted to be sure it would fit. The part arrived in the end, though it took longer than the date they gave me. I'm afraid I found the price a little high for what it was. It worked, but I was hoping for better.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for about six years now and the bit I like most is how the order tracking actually matches what happens. Got a new pair of slippers in February that arrived a day early, and when I had a question about a size the chat reply came back within ten minutes. Never had a problem with a refund either, which I can't say for some of the bigger names. Will keep coming back.
Read moreWay easier to order from than the other place I tried last time. Clicked through in a couple of minutes and the checkout didn't make me log in twice. Delivery took about four days which is fine. Only minor thing is the search could be better.
This is a good buy for the price, I think. The item is sturdy and works just as the description says. Delivery was on time and the box arrived in one piece. I did find the returns form a little fiddly to fill in, but I got it sorted in the end.
Used to get my trainers from the big sports shops but I tried these after a mate said they were cheaper. Site is easy enough to use and the trainers came in a day earlier than they said. Price is a bit higher than I expected though, like a few quid more than the shop I usually use. Still fine for what I needed.
Needed a birthday present in a hurry for my sister so I went on here. Found something nice and it got to me the next morning. Only thing is the gift wrap option costs extra and I forgot to pick it. Still, it arrived on time so no complaints.
