Compared to ordering from the big chains, this is far less faff. I've been buying from them for about six years now and the parcels have always turned up when they said they would, even over Christmas. The site is easy to navigate and I like that I can track everything without ringing anyone. Customer emails are polite and to the point. I'll keep using them for the foreseeable.

The part arrived in the end, though it took longer than the date they gave me. I'm afraid I found the price a little high for what it was. It worked, but I was hoping for better.

Got a new pair of slippers in February that arrived a day early, and when I had a question about a size the chat reply came back within ten minutes. Never had a problem with a refund either, which I can't say for some of the bigger names. Will keep coming back.
