Compared to ordering from the big chains, this is far less faff. I've been buying from them for about six years now and the parcels have always turned up when they said they would, even over Christmas. The site is easy to navigate and I like that I can track everything without ringing anyone. Customer emails are polite and to the point. I'll keep using them for the foreseeable.
