Bought the starter pack to try things out before committing to the bigger one. Good idea, it had enough to see whether I'd use it. Compared with buying bits separately it saved a fair bit. Delivery took an extra day over what the tracking first said, but it turned up. Would go for it again.

Good, quick and simple, did what I needed. Booked in about five minutes on my phone during a lunch break. Confirmation came straight away and the reminder the day before was helpful. Done.

I needed something for a last minute family thing and had never ordered from here before. Didn't know what to expect, to be honest. The site was easy to follow and the delivery options were clear. Everything arrived on the date I picked and the quality was better than I'd hoped.

I'll say at the outset that the thing I valued most was the clear printed invoice that came with the order, which I needed for my records. The ordering process was sensible and I didn't feel rushed at any point. Everything arrived on the day we agreed and was exactly as described. I'm glad I found them.

I looked at a couple of other sites before choosing this one, and this was a few pounds dearer for the same item. The reason I went with it was the free returns, which the other place charged for. The order itself was fine and it arrived in good nick. Though I'd probably shop around first next time.

Needed something for my mum's birthday and I'd left it too late for the shops. Ordered on the Thursday and it was here Saturday morning, which saved me. The gift wrap option was a nice touch. Mum was made up, so yeah, sorted.

Ordered the starter bundle on my lunch break and it was at my door two days later, which was quicker than I thought. The checkout was fine, only thing was the discount code box was hidden under the delivery options so I nearly missed it. Price is a bit higher than some other sites for the same bits but the speed made up for it for me. Packaging was sturdy, nothing got damaged.

Honestly really happy, ordered on my phone during lunch and it was at mine two days later. The app is dead easy to use and the checkout didn't make me make an account. Stuff arrived fine and looks just like the pics. Would order again x

I needed a replacement for a gift my daughter broke, and I know this sort of thing well from years of buying for the grandchildren. Found exactly the same design here. Ordering was easy and the price was the same as the shop. Arrived well packed and on time.

I'd tried another site first and this was a clear step up, the checkout didn't keep asking me to create an account. Set up the subscription in a few minutes and it's been running smoothly since. Compared to the other one it felt less cluttered and the price was about the same. Simple and it does the job.

Compared it with the big high street chain and this came out cheaper for the same thing, which surprised me. The checkout was simpler than the other one I tried, no pop-ups asking me to join a club. Got a confirmation email straight away and a tracking link the next morning. I'd use them again without thinking twice about it.

The app is actually nice to use, the photos load fast and the filters work. Ordered on the Sunday night and it came Tuesday, which is quicker than I expected. One of the items was a shade lighter than the picture but it's fine. Would order again.

Needed the kit sorted fast for a flat move and I'd never bought from here before. The checkout had the delivery date right up front which helped a lot. Everything came in one delivery and nothing was missing. First order done, I'll be back.

The first thing I noticed was the price per unit listed right next to each item, which made comparing easy. Got a larger pack than I'd normally buy and it worked out cheaper per item. The only niggle is the delivery charge kicks in below a set amount and I didn't spot it until checkout. Otherwise it was straightforward and the box arrived in one piece. Would buy the bigger pack again.

I'd been after the specific version for ages and this was the only place I found it in stock. Ordered it the same evening and tracking updated the next morning. Packaging was tidy and nothing was damaged. Happy with it.

Decent enough site and the prices were ok. Took about four days to get a reply when my order was missing one item, which was a bit annoying. Got it sorted in the end though.

Bought the starter bundle for the garage at the weekend and it's been good value so far. Came with everything I needed, no extras I'd have to pay for later. The instructions were clear and the whole lot fitted the space with room to spare. Delivery was on the Thursday like they said, which is all I wanted from it.

Compared with a larger retailer I usually use, this came in a little dearer for the same thing. I did notice the other one was cheaper before I committed. The order itself was carried out properly and the delivery arrived on the date given. A small thing, but worth comparing first.
