I needed something for a last minute family thing and had never ordered from here before. Didn't know what to expect, to be honest. The site was easy to follow and the delivery options were clear. Everything arrived on the date I picked and the quality was better than I'd hoped.

The reason I went with it was the free returns, which the other place charged for. The order itself was fine and it arrived in good nick. Though I'd probably shop around first next time.

The only niggle is the delivery charge kicks in below a set amount and I didn't spot it until checkout. Otherwise it was straightforward and the box arrived in one piece. Would buy the bigger pack again.
