I needed something for a last minute family thing and had never ordered from here before. Didn't know what to expect, to be honest. The site was easy to follow and the delivery options were clear. Everything arrived on the date I picked and the quality was better than I'd hoped.
Read moreI looked at a couple of other sites before choosing this one, and this was a few pounds dearer for the same item. The reason I went with it was the free returns, which the other place charged for. The order itself was fine and it arrived in good nick. Though I'd probably shop around first next time.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the price per unit listed right next to each item, which made comparing easy. Got a larger pack than I'd normally buy and it worked out cheaper per item. The only niggle is the delivery charge kicks in below a set amount and I didn't spot it until checkout. Otherwise it was straightforward and the box arrived in one piece. Would buy the bigger pack again.
Read moreBought the starter pack to try things out before committing to the bigger one. Good idea, it had enough to see whether I'd use it. Compared with buying bits separately it saved a fair bit. Delivery took an extra day over what the tracking first said, but it turned up. Would go for it again.
Ordered the starter bundle on my lunch break and it was at my door two days later, which was quicker than I thought. The checkout was fine, only thing was the discount code box was hidden under the delivery options so I nearly missed it. Price is a bit higher than some other sites for the same bits but the speed made up for it for me. Packaging was sturdy, nothing got damaged.
The app is actually nice to use, the photos load fast and the filters work. Ordered on the Sunday night and it came Tuesday, which is quicker than I expected. One of the items was a shade lighter than the picture but it's fine. Would order again.

Compared with a larger retailer I usually use, this came in a little dearer for the same thing. I did notice the other one was cheaper before I committed. The order itself was carried out properly and the delivery arrived on the date given. A small thing, but worth comparing first.
