Been buying from them for a few years now so I knew roughly what to expect, and the reorder was quick enough on the site. The bit that let it down this time was the delivery window, they said a day and it turned up a whole week later with no text to say why. Got through to customer service eventually and they were polite but it still meant me sleeping on the old bed for longer than I wanted.

The mattress arrived very squashed in its packaging, so it took a good while to puff back up to shape. The firmness is about right for me, and I have been sleeping well on it since. The delivery was late by about four days and nobody got in touch to explain, which was frustrating.

Compared with the mattress I bought from a department store years ago, this one is a good deal softer on the shoulders. The only small niggle is that the website was a little slow to load when I was choosing the size. Once I'd got going it was all very clear and the delivery came in good time.
