I've had it about eight months now and it still looks like new. Ordering was straightforward and the site told me exactly what I was getting.

The only small niggle is that the website was a little slow to load when I was choosing the size. Once I'd got going it was all very clear and the delivery came in good time.

Bought the medium firm mattress last month after sleeping on a foam one for years and being fed up with it sagging. The edge support is noticeably better than the old one and I don't roll off in the night anymore. Only niggle is it took a good few hours to fully expand out of the box, so give it a day before you judge it properly.
