We needed a proper orthopaedic bed for our old girl after her hips started playing up, and the vet mentioned this sort of thing. I ordered the medium and it's been a real help, she settles straight away now and gets up easier in the mornings. needed a new collar in a hurry after ours snapped on the walk. ordered on a sunday and it didn't come till thursday which was a bit slow. fine when it did show but i was annoyed. collar itself is decent, price is about average.

I bought a cat litter tray from them and found the lid didn't quite fit, so I sent it back to swap it. The swap was handled without much fuss, though the returns form was fiddly and took me a while to fill in. The replacement fits well now.

The lead was a bit thinner than it looked in the photo, so it's more for a small dog than the bigger one I bought it for. It's well stitched though. Would have liked a note on the page about that.
