Different Dog

We needed a proper orthopaedic bed for our old girl after her hips started playing up, and the vet mentioned this sort of thing. I ordered the medium and it's been a real help, she settles straight away now and gets up easier in the mornings. The site is simple to use and I've been a customer for years, so the service is what I'd expect from them.

We needed a crate fast after the new puppy arrived and didn't want to spend a fortune. This one was reasonably priced and does exactly what we needed, with a divider so it grows with him. Works out far cheaper than the local pet shop, and the pup has settled in it nicely at night.

Took my first order a week ago and it all went through without a problem. The toy arrived on time and my puppy has been chewing it non stop, so it's clearly tough enough. Great start, I'll be back.

The tracking updates were spot on, which is the first thing I noticed when my order was on its way. The item came the day it said it would. I've been ordering from them for a while now and it keeps being reliable.

I've bought the paw balm from them for years and this time picked up the travel tin as well. It's the same stuff I always use, which says a lot. The tin is small enough for the car door pocket and the lid seals well. Ordering is quick and I've never had a problem in all my years as a customer.

the free returns label is the best bit tbh, no faffing about with printing. ordered two sizes of the same thing and sent one back without a single question. easy.

I was buying flea treatment from the vet and it was costing a fortune, so I tried this instead. It's about half the price and the dog's been fine on it. Compared to the vet it's an easy switch, and the site was simple to order from on my first go.

Compared to ringing round local walkers, booking through the app was much quicker, and I had someone confirmed for the Tuesday in about ten minutes. The walker turned up on time and sent a photo at the end, which I liked. Only niggle is the cancellation policy, I missed a slot by a few hours and got charged for it, though fair enough, it was in the terms.

Knowing a fair bit about dog gear, I was after a fleece that dries quickly and fits a deep chested dog, and this is one of the better ones I've tried. The seams are flat, the neck closes properly and the back length is right. Delivery was quick and the size guide matched the fit exactly.

We needed a bed for the dog in the spare room and didn't want to pay a lot. Got a basic one here for much less than the pet shop and it's comfy enough. Delivery was quick and the price was the main reason I went with it.

I'd been buying the supermarket own brand food for our spaniel but switched to this range and the difference is clear. Her coat is shinier and she's less itchy. The price is a little higher, though I think it's worth it. Packaging was sound and the order arrived in the time quoted.

Got a harness off them last month and it's been great for our lad on walks. The adjustable bits are easy to set and it doesn't rub. Arrived quick and packed nicely, nothing to moan about. Would order again no problem, probably for the other dog next.
