We needed a proper orthopaedic bed for our old girl after her hips started playing up, and the vet mentioned this sort of thing. I ordered the medium and it's been a real help, she settles straight away now and gets up easier in the mornings. The site is simple to use and I've been a customer for years, so the service is what I'd expect from them.
Read moreneeded a new collar in a hurry after ours snapped on the walk. ordered on a sunday and it didn't come till thursday which was a bit slow. fine when it did show but i was annoyed. collar itself is decent, price is about average.
Read moreCompared to ringing round local walkers, booking through the app was much quicker, and I had someone confirmed for the Tuesday in about ten minutes. The walker turned up on time and sent a photo at the end, which I liked. Only niggle is the cancellation policy, I missed a slot by a few hours and got charged for it, though fair enough, it was in the terms.
Read moreDecent product and it does the job. The toy is well made and my dog hasn't chewed through it yet, which is the test. The box arrived a bit crushed on one corner though, though the item inside was fine. Would still use them again.
I found the sizing chart on the site particularly helpful, as I had been unsure which size would suit our terrier. The lead arrived in good order and the fastening is sturdy. I have few complaints.
I used to buy from the big pet chain but now I order from here, the range is better and the prices aren't far off. The coats are warmer than the ones I was getting before. Delivery was a day slower than I'd have liked over Christmas, but otherwise I've no complaints after several years of ordering.
Good value, plain and simple. Prices are fair for the quality and I got a discount code through their newsletter that knocked a fair bit off. One small niggle, the delivery took four working days when the site said two, but the price made up for it.
I bought a cat litter tray from them and found the lid didn't quite fit, so I sent it back to swap it. The swap was handled without much fuss, though the returns form was fiddly and took me a while to fill in. The replacement fits well now.
