The first thing I noticed was the delivery tracker, which showed me exactly where my parcel was. I bought a set of refill pads and a cheap desk lamp and both came in under what I'd have paid in the shops. Checkout took about two minutes and I didn't have to make an account to get it done. Handy for a Tuesday night.

Needed a new phone charger because mine stopped working on the train. Ordered it on my phone during lunch and it was quick, the app remembered my address. The charger arrived the next morning in a little padded envelope. Works perfectly and it was cheaper than the shop near work. Happy with it.

Went with this over the big marketplace because it was a few quid cheaper for the same pair of trainers. Took longer to arrive than I expected, about five days, though it did turn up. Ordering was fine. Probably would still buy again if the price is right, just less quick.

I bought a winter coat as my first order and was a bit nervous about the sizing. The coat arrived well packed and looks just like the photos. The only niggle is that returning it was a bit fiddly, I had to print a label and find a drop off point, which took a few days to sort out. I'm keeping the coat though so it worked out. Fair enough for a first try.
