Needed a new phone charger because mine stopped working on the train. Ordered it on my phone during lunch and it was quick, the app remembered my address. The charger arrived the next morning in a little padded envelope. Works perfectly and it was cheaper than the shop near work. Happy with it.
Read moreCompared to the high street shop I used to use, this site takes a bit more getting used to. I've been ordering from them for about six years and the basics are still fine. The prices are higher than they used to be though, and the item I ordered last month took nine days to arrive when it used to be three. Customer service did sort it out when I rang.

The site is quick to search, filters actually work the way you'd expect, and the checkout didn't make me jump through hoops. Stock levels were accurate, nothing I added turned out to be out of stock at the last step. Would go back without thinking twice.

I bought a set of refill pads and a cheap desk lamp and both came in under what I'd have paid in the shops. Checkout took about two minutes and I didn't have to make an account to get it done. Handy for a Tuesday night.

Have used this site for years and the verdict hasn't changed, it's still my first place to look for garden bits and bobs. Ordering is easy, I've never had a problem with the account or the payment. Parcels turn up when they say they will. I keep coming back because it just works.

Ordered the stackable kitchen storage set for the cupboard under the sink. Came to a fair price for what you get, and it fits exactly where I wanted. The delivery was on time and everything was in one piece. Nothing to complain about for the money.
